United Oil & Gas plc received £165,000 following two notices to exercise warrants for a total of 11,550,00 new ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the share capital of the company.
The warrant shares are £0.0142857 pence per share, pursuant to the warrant instruments granted on 31 July 2017.
Following the issue of the warrant shares, the total issued share capital of the company will comprise 656,353,969 ordinary shares of £0.01 pence each carrying the right to one vote.
