Union Jack Oil plc’s said that drilling had begun on the Andrews-1-17 well at the West Bowlegs prospect in Seminole County, Oklahoma.

Operator Reach Oil & Gas Company Inc will test the prospect over ten days’ drilling to a depth of 5,200 ft.
If successful, wireline logging operations, completion, perforation and testing will follow.
Union Jack has a 45% working interest in the well which is one of the company’s three Oklahoma farm-ins.
