UK Oil & Gas plc (UKOG) today said it would look at ways of offering support in the wake of the earthquake in Turkey.

“[The company] is deeply saddened by the terrible earthquake and unfolding humanitarian tragedy in southern Turkey,” added UKOG in a statement.

The company’s Resan licence area is some distance from the East Anatolian fault zone and the earthquake epicentre, and is unaffected.
