Uranium Energy Exploration plc has appointed Andrew Webley as a director, effective 10 January.
Companies House also recorded that Alexander Barblett’s post as director ended on 9 January.
UEE’s other directors remain accountant Mario Visconti and Power Metal Resources plc chief executive Sean Wade.
Previously named Teathers Financial, UEE was designed to be a subsidiary for Power Metal’s uranium assets.
In October 2024 Power Metal completed a joint venture for all its licences with UCAM Ltd, named Fermi Exploration Ltd.
