Tungsten West plc has appointed its interim chief executive officer Alistair Stobie as a director and of its subsidiary Aggregates West Ltd.
Companies House recorded the appointments effective from 26 June.
Mr Stobie, who is also chief financial officer, was intended to become a director following the resignation of former CEO Neil Gawthorpe.
