Tungsten West co-founder Mark Thomson to leave

Tungsten West plc’s co-founder Mark Thompson will step down from the board as executive vice chairman.

Mr Thompson will leave his position on completion of a placing announced by the company today.

Tungsten West added it was “well advanced” in identifying additional suitable industry experienced non-executive directors.

The company’s other co-founder Max Denning left the company last year.
