Tungsten West plc has appointed interim chief executive officer Alistair Stobie as an executive director.

Mr Stobie holds no shares or options in the company.

Previous CEO Neil Gawthorpe has now left Tungsten West following finalisation of his settlement agreement.

Red Rock issues 75m shares for service debt

Red Rock Resources plc has issued 75 million new ordinary shares at a subscription price of 0.045 pence per share to convert £33,750 debt owed to a service provider. On admission, the company’s issued ordinary share capital will comprise 4,380,645,478 ordinary shares, with voting rights. Red Rock holds none of the ordinary shares in treasury.
