Tertiary Minerals plc has won its appeal against the refusal for an exploitation concession for its 100% owned Storuman fluorspar project.

The company today said that the Swedish Government had annulled the country’s Mining Inspectorate decision not to grant the 2019 mining concession.
The Government has also instructed the inspectorate to re-examine its decision and provided specific guidance on the re-examination.
Tertiary added it was currently translating and reviewing the decision document.
