Tertiary Minerals raises £500,000 through placing

Tertiary Minerals plc raised £500,000 before expenses through placing 294,117,647 new ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each at a price of 0.17 pence.

Directors of the company participated in an aggregate of £40,000 for 23,529,411 placing shares in support of the fundraising

Proceeds will be used to fund drilling and exploration activities at the company’s Nevada (silver-gold) and Zambia (copper) projects.

BROKER OPTION

Additionally, 58,823,529 broker option shares are available to qualified shareholders or other qualified investors to raise up to a further £100,000.

Investors will receive one warrant for every two placing shares or broker option shares.

The warrants will be exercisable at 0.34 pence and have a term of 18 months.
