Research by British Lithium Ltd has added three new directors from its new French joint venture partner Imerys. The appointments include senior vice president, Imerys performance Guillaume Delacroix; VP lithium Alan Parte; and chief strategy and M&A officer Olivier Pirotte. Companies House recorded the change effective on 28 June 2023.
