Kavango raises £38,977 via warrant exercise

Kavango Resources plc has raised £38,977.27 following notices to exercise warrants over 1,431,818 new ordinary shares of  £0.001 each in the company. The warrant shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of 1,250,000 warrants granted and announced on 15 April 2020 and 181,818 warrants granted and announced on 1 December 2020.
