Europa CEO purchases 697,484 shares
Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc chief executive officer William Holland has bought 697,484 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the company, at 0.75 pence per ordinary share. Mr Holland is now beneficially interested in 5,720,800 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.596% of Europa’s issued share capital. The acquisition is Mr Holland’s fourth this year.
