European Green Metals Ltd (EGM) appointed Jack Kelly a director as Michael Nolan’s appointment ends. Companies House recorded the changes effective from 24 January. EGM’s secretary also changed on 1 January from Robert Whelan to Beach Secretaries Ltd.
