Horizonte Minerals plc said it had raised £18 million following a placing of 162,718,353 new ordinary shares with new and existing investors at a placing price of 7.5 pence per placing share. Gross proceeds (US$25.0m / C$ 31.7m) before expenses were approximately £12.2m from the placing and £5.8m from the Canadian offering.
