Altona Rare Earths plc announced that on 1 December 2021 its chief executive officer purchased on the open market 66,560 new ordinary shares at a price of 11.3 pence in the company. Christian Taylor-Wilkinson now holds a total interest in 1,912,371 shares, or 6.3% of the enlarged share capital of the company.
