Star Energy Group plc independent non-executive director Doug Fleming intends to leave for a new full-time executive role.
Mr Fleming, who was appointed to the role in January 2023, will remain in his current role until 23 January 2024.
Chairman Philip Jackson said: “On behalf of the company and board, we extend our thanks to Doug for his contribution and commitment to the group and wish him the very best with his new role.”
