Scotgold Resources Ltd has announced that Richard Gray and Phillip Jackson will stand down from the board with immediate effect.
Mr Gray was the company’s CEO for seven years and was instrumental in bringing the Cononish mine into production.
Mr Jackson was chairman of the audit committee and was on the board for more than 10 years.
Ian Proctor will take over the position as chair of the audit committee from Mr Jackson.
