A compulsory strike-off action for Scotgold Grampian Ltd has been discontinued, Companies House (CH) reported today.
FIRST GAZETTE
On 30 May 2023, CH published a first Gazette notice stating that Scotgold Grampian Ltd would be struck off and dissolved not less than two months from the same date.
In the case of any company being struck off and the company being dissolved, all properties and rights being vested in, or held in trust for, are deemed to be bona vacantia, and will belong to the Crown.
