Scirocco Energy plc has sold a further 5.3 million ordinary shares in Helium One Global Ltd for £1.22m.
The company has also exercised its one million share options, with a strike price US$0.035.
Scirocco now holds 5,256,088 ordinary shares, representing some 0.85% of Helium One’s current issued share capital.
In total, Scirocco has realised around £3.28m in proceeds from its sale of Helium One shares since the latter’s admission to trading on AIM.
