Scirocco Energy plc said that a group of its shareholders had requested a general meeting to discuss strategy, share price and a revenue audit and funding of the Ruvuma gas interest in Tanzania.
PROPOSED RESOLUTIONS
The company added it would call a general meeting within 21 days of receiving a valid requisition.
It will hold a general meeting not more than 28 days after the date of the notice convening the general meeting.
The board will post a circular convening the general meeting to shareholders no later than 15 September 2022.
The shareholders’ five proposed resolutions include a rethink the company’s investment strategy and a reassessment of any further investment in anaerobic digestion plants.
