Rockhopper Exploration plc issued a total of 20,349,328 ordinary shares of £0.01 each pursuant to the final exercise of warrants issued as part of the capital raising in June 2022.
A total 57,176,012 warrants were exercised prior to the expiry date of 31 December 2023 raising gross proceeds of approximately £5.146m since July 2022.
The company issued 60,917,237 warrants to shareholders who participated in the June 2022 capital raising, of which 93.9% were exercised.
As at 8 January 2024, Rockhopper’s issued ordinary share capital consisted of 640,578,764 ordinary shares of £0.01 each with one voting right. The company holds no shares in treasury.
