Rockhopper Exploration plc announced that Stewart MacDonald will step down as executive director and chief financial officer on 31 January 2022.
Mr MacDonald is to take up a senior leadership role with another company.
Following his departure, Rockhopper’s financial controller since 2011 William Perry will lead the company’s finance function but will not join the board in the immediate future.
