British Lithium adds three new directors from Imerys

Research by British Lithium Ltd has added three new directors from its new French joint venture partner Imerys.

The appointments include senior vice president, Imerys performance Guillaume Delacroix; VP lithium Alan Parte; and chief strategy and M&A officer Olivier Pirotte.

Companies House recorded the change effective on 28 June 2023.
