USES
Following admission, the company’s total issued share capital will consist of 1,958,538,069 ordinary shares, each with one voting right. Red Rock holds no shares in treasury.
Net proceeds will fund the company’s activities in Africa and Australia and general working capital, pending anticipated funds from court action in the DRC.
