Red Rock Resources plc has issued 43,781,746 new ordinary shares of £0.0001 each in the company in settlement of £56,819.95 debt owed to Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC Ltd.

The shares are each at a price of 0.12978 pence.

Following admission, Red Rock’s total issued share capital will consist of 2,026,832,044 ordinary shares, each with one voting right.
