Red Rock Resources plc issued 19,176,965 new ordinary shares of £0.0001 each in the company in settlement of £30,186.46 debt owed to Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC Ltd.
The shares were issued each at a price of 0.15741 pence.
Following admission, the company’s total issued share capital will consist of 1,582,509,999 ordinary shares, each with one voting right. Red Rock holds no shares in treasury.
