Red Rock Resources plc said it had received £202,205.88 following notices to exercise warrants over 26,960,784 new ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the company.
The warrant shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of 26,960,784 warrants into shares at an exercise price of 0.75 pence per share.
