Red Rock Resources plc said it had received subscription monies of £13,786.77 following notice to exercise warrants over 1,838,235 new ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the company.

The warrant shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of 1,838,235 warrants into shares at an exercise price of 0.75 pence per share.
