Red Rock Resources plc issued 211,482,353 ordinary shares following notice to convert £134,820 of loan notes, including interest, from October 2023.
In accordance with the terms of the notes, the ordinary shares are of £0.0006375 per share.
Following admission, the company’s issued ordinary share capital will comprise 3,548,246,811 ordinary shares each with equal voting rights.
Red Rock holds none of the ordinary shares in treasury.
