Reabold Resources plc has completed its acquisition of Corallian Energy Ltd’s working interest in all the non-Victory (P2596) licences in the North Sea.
LICENCES
The licences all at 100% working interest comprise:
P2396 Central Graben containing the Shell 1977 Curlew-A Tertiary oil discovery
P2464 Viking Graben with the Unst gas prospect
P2493 West of Shetland – North contains the Sandvoe prospect
P2504 contains the Oulton oil discovery
P2605 contains the Laxford gas discovery
P2478 Inner Moray Firth holding the Dunrobin prospect, is at a 36% working interest.
Completion of the acquisition of the licences follows Reabold’s conditional sale of its stake in Corallian to an oil and gas major.
