Prospex Energy plc has raised £859,323.60 via a “significantly oversubscribed” wrap retail offer for 14,322,060 new ordinary share at an issue price of 6 pence per share.
The proceeds add to the placing and subscription earlier this week, taking the total raised to approximately £4.2 million.
Following admission of the placing, subscription and wrap retail offer shares, Prospex will have 402,539,928 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in issue, with voting rights.
The company holds no shares in treasury.
