Prospex Energy plc received £99,400.50 following notice for the exercise of warrants to subscribe for 3,473,350 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the company.
The warrants were issued to individuals pursuant to warrant agreements dated 23 February 2022 and 8 March 2021 which related to a placing announced in March 2021.
The exercise prices are 3 pence per new ordinary share for 2,833,350 warrants and 2.25 pence per new ordinary share for 640,000 warrants.
Prospex has gas and electricity interests in Italy and Spain.
