Prospex Energy plc has received £90,000.48 following notice for the exercise of warrants to subscribe for 3,000,016 new ordinary shares of 0.1p in the company.
Since July 2022, the gas and power company has gained a total £2,739,400 from the proceeds of warrant exercises and loan notes.
Today’s news relates to warrant agreements from February 2022 connected with a placing announced in March 2021.
The exercise price is 3p per warrant exercised.
Prospex added that following admission there would be 265,693,365 ordinary shares in issue.
