Prospex receives £80,000 via warrant exercise

Prospex Energy plc received £79,999.50 following notice for the exercise of warrants to subscribe for 2,666,650 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the company.

The warrants were issued pursuant to a warrant agreement in February 2022, relating to a placing announced in March 2021. 

The exercise price is 3 pence per warrant exercised.

Following admission, Prospex will have a total of 262,693,349 ordinary shares in issue.
