Prospex Energy receives £24,000 via warrant exercise

Prospex Energy plc received £24,000 following notice to exercise warrants for 800,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each at an exercise price of 3 pence.

The warrants were issued pursuant to a warrant agreement dated 23 February 2022, relating to a placing in March 2021. 

After admission, Prospex will have a total of 274,980,846 ordinary shares in issue.
