Prospex Energy plc received £100,000.50 following notice for the exercise of warrants to subscribe for 3,333,350 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the company.
The warrants were issued following a warrant agreement dated 23 February 2022 which related to a placing announced in March 2021.
The exercise price is 3 pence per warrant exercised.
Following admission, Prospex will have a total of 270,792,728 ordinary shares in issue.
