Predator receives £300,000 via warrant exercise

Predator Oil & Gas Holdings plc has received £304,474.06 following notices to exercise 5,221,203 warrants by Novum Securities Ltd.

A total 2,890,908 warrants are exercisable at 5.5 pence per share; 1,780,412 warrants at 5.7 pence per share; and 549,883 warrants at 8 pence per share.

The company has issued to Novum 5,221,203 new ordinary shares.

Following issue of the new shares, Predator’s issued ordinary share capital shall consist of 570,382,865 ordinary shares of no par value, each with voting rights.
