Predator Oil & Gas Holdings plc has received £79,500 following notice from Optiva Securities Ltd to exercise 2,035,714 warrants.

A total of 1,875,000 of the warrants are exercisable at 4 pence per share and 160,714 warrants are exercisable at 2.8 pence per share.

Predator issued to Optiva a total 2,035,714 new ordinary shares, and now has 385,794,903 issued ordinary shares with voting rights.
