Predator Oil & Gas Holdings plc received £143,252.88 following a warrant exercise notice from Novum Securities Ltd.
The warrant agreements date from May 2018 in connection with a placing in which Novum subscribed for 1,892,960 new shares at 2.8p per share and a February 2020 placing of 2,256,250 new shares at 4p per share.
Predator has allotted and issued the total of 4,149,210 new ordinary shares.
Following admission, the company’s issued share capital will be 308,595,477 shares.
