Predator Oil & Gas Holdings plc has started drilling the MOU-4 well to appraise the Moulouya Fan on the Guercif licence, onshore Morocco.

Completion: Predator will next begin a comprehensive and expanded rigless testing programme (Predator et al)

RIGLESS TESTING

The Star Valley Rig 101 began operations on 29 June and will also test the potential for Jurassic carbonate reservoir development within a 126km² structure.

After drilling MOU-4, Predator will assess results from all the wells drilled last year before beginning a comprehensive and expanded rigless testing programme this month.

Predator is operator (75%) of the Guercif petroleum agreement prospective for tertiary gas less than 10 kilometres from the Maghreb gas pipeline.
