Predator NED Louis Castro to step down

Predator Oil & Gas Holdings plc announced that non-executive director Louis Castro is stepping down from the board, effective 31 May 2022.

The company said that its increased activities were affecting Mr Castro’s other substantive commitments.

He was first appointed on 14 July 2020.
