Predator executive chairman reduces stake in company

Predator Oil and Gas Holdings plc today announced that on 19 July H2Green Power Ltd sold its shareholding of 1,785,700 ordinary shares at 9p per share, for £160,713.

CONFLICTS

The company said that the sale of the holding was executed “to remove any potential conflicts of interest between the two entities and to provide funding for the development of H2Green’s business”.

Predator’s executive chairman Paul Griffiths is a director and “significant shareholder” of H2Green.

Mr Griffiths previously held 15.4% of Predator and now holds 14.61%.
