MOROCCO

At Guercif, the company is extending Sandjet rigless testing on the MOU-3 well following data analysis by petroleum and chemical engineer Dr John Tinglass.

Dr Tinglass worked on the company’s Inniss-Trinity CO2 EOR project in Trinidad, achieving enhanced oil production.

Predator has also appointed Zenith Energy Ltd (Aberdeen) initially to provide well engineering support for Morocco and potentially other regions.

The company said it was fully funded for possible additional operations to support reservoir flow.

The geological model for helium potential of the 187 km2 MOU-5 structure has been completed by Scorpiongeoscience, with potential resource estimates expected this month.

TRINIDAD

In Trinidad, Predator has acquired the remaining 16.2% for zero cash in the Cory Moruga licence.

The company has also signed a memorandum of understanding with a Saudi Arabian company to apply for a patented Saudi Arabian chemical wax treatment for the Jacobin-1 oil reservoirs.

An oil sample from the well has been sent for a wax analysis.

Saudi Arabian examples of the chemical wax treatment has increased oil flow rates by up to threefold, said Predator.

If successful, the treatment will be applied to Snowcap-1, potentially increasing cash flow.
