Power Metal Resources plc received £75,450 following notices to exercise warrants over 8,860,758 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the company.

Exercise of 3,597,600 warrants was at 1.0 pence per ordinary share and 5,263,158 warrants at 0.75 pence per ordinary share.

Following admission, the company’s issued share capital will comprise 1,109,337,130 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, with voting rights.
