Power Metal Resources plc raised £99,842 after receiving notices to exercise warrants over 11,578,947 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the company.
The warrant shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of 6,000,000 warrants at an exercise price of 1.0 pence per ordinary share of 0.1 pence each, 1,578,947 warrants at 0.75 pence, and 4,000,000 warrants at 0.70 pence.
