Power Metal Resources plc said that a technical review showed considerable uranium prospectivity at four of its properties surrounding the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan, Canada.
HISTORICAL DATA
Through its wholly owned Canadian operating companies, Power Metal holds seven 100% owned uranium focused properties covering 417.24 km2 (41,724 hectares).
The company retained a geological consultant and accelerated technical review work of historical data for four of the properties.
“All four properties show considerable uranium prospectivity which is notable,” said chief executive Paul Johnson.
“We see considerable value within our uranium interests, and through a combination of ground exploration, technical review and corporate activities we intend to maximise that value.”
REITENBACH
Power Metal has also started a NI 43-101 technical report for the Reitenbach property, which the company last month placed under a strategic review as a possible sale.
The company said that the report would better position it for any commercial transactions.
