Power Metal Resources plc announced that Andrew Bell will step down as chairman and a director on 30 September 2021.
Mr Bell will continue to work with Power Metal in an advisory capacity for a minimum of 12 months.
His focus will be on Red Rock Resources plc and the new planned London capital market IPO of New Ballarat Gold Corporation plc (NBGC).
This will be the new holding company for Power Metal and Red Rock’s interests in Red Rock Australasia Pty Ltd.
Red Rock retains its holding of 45,000,000 Power Metal shares which are now worth more than £900,000.
Current non-executive director Scott Richardson Brown will be interim chairman until a new chairman is appointed.
