Power Metal CEO purchases 200,000 shares

Power Metal Resources plc chief executive officer Sean Wade today purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the company for a total £24,780.81.

The acquisition was for 12.375p per share.

Following the transaction Mr Wade has 938,235 shares, representing 0.82% of Power Metal.
