Power Metal Resources plc will today begin trading its ordinary shares of 2 pence each on the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States.
The company will continue to make announcements and disclosures to the London Stock Exchange.
Chief executive Sean Wade said that Power Metal had “significant” interest in its shares from North American investors.
“We see this as an important step in expanding our investor base and by so doing, adding value to all our shareholders.”
