Peak Nickel Ltd has appointed former Cornish Metals chief executive officer Richard Williams as a director.
He is joined by Steve Nicol, also as a director. Mr Nicol is Ormonde Mining plc’s technical advisor, as well as a director of TRU Precious Metals Corp and chair of its technical committee.
Companies House reported the changes effective 2 April and 21 February 2024, respectively.
Sheffield-based Peak Nickel’s flagship project is the Rodburn nickel-copper-cobalt licence in northeast Scotland.
The company holds 42.5 million shares of £0.00004 each following a sub-division of 1.7m shares of £0.001 each in January 2024.
Ormonde Mining plc holds an interest in Peak Nickel and in TRU Precious Metals Corp exploring for gold and copper in Newfoundland.
